It is is a process of lightening up, trusting the basic goodness of what we have and who we are, and of realising that any wisdom that exists, exists in what we already have. We can lead our life so as to become more awake to who we are and what we’re doing rather than trying to improve or change or get rid of who we are or what we’re doing. The key is to wake up, to become more alert, more inquisitive and curious about ourselves and all that is.

Before starting to explore meditation, please make sure you find a comfortable position in an atmosphere of love, acceptance and silence.

Higher Heart Chakra

The core focus of the heart chakra is universal love and it determines our level of trust, which in turn influences the degree to which we allow ourselves to love and be loved. 

Your Higher Heart opening is the kind of oneness with everything one experiences when becoming mesmerised by watching a rose open in the morning sunlight, and its magnificence can only be appreciated in true Soul silence. 

We can all reach this, for love is every human being’s true nature. 

One needs to put in the work in order to be able to reach this Zen garden of peace that is forever deep within yourself, patiently waiting for your next visit. It is like stepping back in time, straight into your true magnificent essence.
