What To Expect From Group Sekhmet Healing
The journey opens with intentional preparation to bring everyone into alignment and presence:
Grounding Breathwork & Guided Meditation: Participants begin with deep, rhythmic breathwork to quiet the mind, drop out of daily stress, and anchor their energy into the present moment.
Guided Visualisation Exercise: A guided visualization follows, opening the inner senses and preparing participants to connect with the high-frequency solar light and powerful protection of Sekhmet.
While participants rest deeply in this open, receptive state, Laura conducts multi-layered energetic facilitation:
